2019 Disneyland Paris Run Weekend medal reveal

This year’s finisher medals for the 2019 Disneyland Paris Run Weekend features classic Disney characters.

The event, which will take place Sept. 19-22 at the Disneyland Paris Resort, has three races and two challenges over the weekend, including a 5K, 10K and half-marathon.

The 5K race celebrates “The Lion King.” The 10K medal features characters from “Tangles.” And, Mickey and Minnie make their couple debut on the Disneyland Paris-Val d’Europe Half Marathon finisher medal.

Runners who complete both the DisneylandParis 10K plus DisneylandParis-Val d’Europe Half for the 31K Challenge will earn a medal featuring Aladdin and the Magic Carpet.

Those who finished the DisneylandParis 5K, DisneylandParis 10K and DisneylandParis-Val d’Europe Half Marathon for the 36K Challenge, earn a medal featuring Genie from “Aladdin.”

Also, runners who complete the half marathon at Disneyland Paris and one of  runDisney races at Walt Disney World Resort in the same calendar year will be awarded the Castle to Château medal.
