Refurbishment work continues at Disney’s Blizzard Beach at Walt Disney World with no end in sight.
The water park closed down earlier this year, but no specifics on what work is taking place other than normal maintenance.
Photos from @bioreconstruct, who is known for chronicling theme park construction, illustrate some of the work taking place with some of his latest images.
Aerial overview below shows some of the regular maintenance underway during a refurbishment. New waterslide sections are staged at right. Some sections have been removed from Teamboat Springs, on the left.

Scaffolding is temporarily under the structure, providing a platform for construction workers for Teamboat Springs, a whitewater raft adventure where a raft containing up to six people are propelled through 1,200 feet of twists and turns on this super-long, super-wide waterslide.
