Photos: Guardians of the Galaxy construction update

The ride building for the new Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster being built at Epcot is now fully enclosed, but work is visible for the connection to the ride building from the former Universe of Energy Pavilion.

The new coaster, scheduled to open in 2021, will be the largest indoor coaster of its kind in the world. The forme Universe of Energy building is now gutted, you an actually see through the building.

The former pavilion will most likely be used for the queue, pre-show area and ride loading area. Here’s a look at the construction taking place.
