Mizner’s Lounge at Grand Floridian Resort in Disney World is expanding

Mizner’s Lounge, a place where you can enjoy classic cocktails, at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort in Walt Disney while listening live jazz standards by the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra is being expanded.

The lounge will undergo renovation and close starting in April. It will expand into the nearby Commander Porter’s, which will permanently close on April 4, 2019.

Summer Lace will be renovated to add the men’s apparel from Commander Porter’s. Summer Lace is not expected to close during this change.

While the renovation takes place the Mizner’s Lounge bar service will move to the first-floor lobby area next to Garden View Tea Room. The temporary lounge location will serve classic cocktails and elegant beverages, as well as light snacks.
