8 picks for every Disney puzzle fan

Snowed in this winter? Maybe it’s time to work on a bright, cheerful puzzle featuring your favorite Disney characters.

If so, I have 7 fun new puzzles to share — and one tool of the trade that stands to make the process much easier.

I’ll start with the item that inspired this post: A set of stackable Mickey-shaped sorting trays from Ravensburger. Anyone who does puzzles knows about sorting — and trying to figure out where to put all the different categories of colors or shapes (or however you like to sort). I love that these can stack for storage or link together so you can see their contents. (In my case at least, they also can be put out of reach of the cats when I’m not working on the puzzle.)

And because this clever puzzle accessory made me want to start sorting something, I also picked out some puzzles that appealed to me.

Although the sorting tray is only designed to accommodate 1,000-piece puzzles, a few of these new designs 1,500.
