Disney has not yet made any official announcement.
All resale buyers will still be able to trade points thru RCI. Resale contracts must be submitted for DVC’s Right of First Refusal before Jan. 19 in order to be “grandfathered” under the current rules and exempt from these new restrictions.
This is another restriction DVC is placing on third-party resales. Currently, resale points are already ineligible to be used toward The Disney Collection, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Concierge Collection and a variety of discounts.
