Disney extends CFO Christine McCarthy’s contract to 2022
The Walt Disney Co. has extended Chief Financial Officer Christine McCarthy’s contract until the end of 2022, according to an SEC filing.
McCarthy, who took the position in July 2015, is responsible for Disney’s corporate finance, capital markets, financial risk management, international treasury, insurance, pension and investments, global cash management and treasury operations, and credit and collections.
Her contract was set to expire June 30, 2021, but has been extended to Dec. 31, 2022.
Her new long-term equity annual incentive award is $11 million compared to a previous target was set at a percentage of her base salary.
