McCullough’s Remnant art is abstract work created from the unused paint of his Disney paintings. Not wanting to waste anything McCullough uses a scraper to scrape up the leftover paint from the giant glass paint palette and then applies it on a canvas in various directions.

McCullough started with the then-Pixar Studios in 1995 and moved into character art and graphics for Disney Parks and Resorts in 2007. He created the official Disney Parks “dated” logo in 2009 and official posters for Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Earlier this year he was the featured artist for the Epcot International Festival of the Arts.
