A special look at new Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy
The new Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy is coming to Disney World in spring 2019 and the Disney Parks Holiday special has an inside look.
The sneak peek has Show Director Tony Giordano talking about what’s to come. Including that you will cruise into a theater and find yourself face to face with Lightning McQueen in a new story showing what he has learned over the years.
You will be enveloped by a two-story tall wraparound screen that is more than 200 feet from end to end. And there is all new animation coming to this attraction. All of Lightning’s friends, including Tow Mater and Cruz Ramirez will be on hand.
The “Disney Parks Presents a 25 Days of Christmas Holiday Party” is currently available on the DisneyNow app and will be on the Disney Channel Dec. 1, 2018, at 8 p.m. EST.
