8 new Star Wars land construction photos taken from within Toy Story Land
One of the benefits of visiting Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios in Disney World is getting a glimpse of the construction taking place for the new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge land scheduled to open next year.
However, it is becoming a bit more difficult as more trees are being planted around the perimeter of the new land and are starting to obscure the view.
If you are visiting, and want some good views, you can ride the Slinky Dog Dash. You can also stand close to the Alien Swirling Saucers, the ride is on a higher elevation than the walkway, giving you a better view of the Star Wars land construction.
The 14-acre Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will place guests on the planet of Batuu at Black Spire Outpost, an infamous stop for traders, adventurers, and smugglers traveling around the Outer Rim and Wild Space.
Here you will find two attractions, one in which you the controls of the Millennium Falcon and the other in which you are in a fight with the First Order and the Resistance.
From the perspective of the model on display (below) at Walt Disney Presents, you are looking at the rear of the model with the spaceship on the left with the small round turret on the right.
