Dates announced for World of Disney re-opening at Disney Springs, Disneyland

The re-imagined World of Disney at Disney Springs in Disney World will open officially Oct. 27, 2018. The World of Disney at Disneyland will open Oct. 26, Disney announced this morning.

Each of the stores has been going through major transformations since February when Disney decided to redo the interior design for guests to discover the “products they love from Disney Parks in a dynamic and distinctly Disney retail environment.”

When Disney announced it was redesigning Disney Stores throughout the nation it said its intention is to move away from its primary child-centric assortment and become more of a destination place with more interactive experiences.

When the World of Disney stores open it will be filled first with offer the Disney Parks Holiday collection and special 90th anniversary Mickey Mouse gear.
