New menu coming to The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom

The Diamond Horseshoe in the in the Magic Kingdom will be getting a new menu starting May 23, 2018, with a new take on sandwiches, salads and platters.

Here’s a look at some of what’s to come:

A al Carte menu

Sandwiches

Carved Beef Brisket Sandwich with creamy coleslaw served on a brioche bun
Creamy Turkey Salad Sandwich that’s served on multigrain bread with lettuce and tomato
Grilled Chicken Thigh Sandwich with BBQ mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion served on a Kaiser roll.
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with mac and cheese and crispy onions served on a brioche bun. Mac and Cheese with bbq pulled pork, crispy onions, and green onions
Mixed Green Salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, and honey shallot vinaigrette. You can even add your choice of any meat to top it off.

Platters

The platters include a choice of two sides and cornbread:
