Disney World closing Typhoon Lagoon due to Tropical Storm Nicole
Walt Disney World today announced that it was closing its water park and miniature golf due to Tropical Storm Nicole that is expected to move through Central Florida Wednesday and Thursday.
According to the forecast track released by the National Hurricane Center at 1 p.m. today the center of Nicole will approach the northwestern Bahamas today and tonight, move near or over those islands on Wednesday, and approach the east coast of Florida within the hurricane warning area Wednesday night.
