Disney making it easier to get photos of you on attractions with your MagicBand

If you have just returned from Disney World and decided to pass on those attraction photos from Buzz Lightyear or Space Mountain, there will be a surprise waiting for you.

Anyone wearing an active MagicBand on certain Disney World attractions will have attraction photos automatically associated with you My Disney Experience account. If you’ve worn your MagicBand on one of the participating attractions in the last 45 days, go into your account and check, according to the Disney Parks Blog.

While it was fun to see the Expedition Everest photo, since we never stopped to look at it, the system is not full proof.I just checked what my account from last week’s trip and found that Test Track photo did not contain myself or the people who are associated with my account. It was a group of people we did not recognize.

To make sure that you get the correct photos, or videos (available on the Seven Dwafs Mine Train and The Twilight Zone Tower of Tower) Disney is installing touch points to allow you to associate the photo with your MagicBand. So look at for those touch points.
