Wine Bar George at Disney Springs opens this weekend
Wine Bar George, a 200-seat wine bar from Master Sommelier George Miliotes, opens this weekend at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World.
The first pour will be held at a grand opening on May 19, 2018, at 5 p.m. and on May 20 it will open at 11 a.m. for its normal hours of operation, 11 a.m to 2 a.m.
The interior of the bar is reminiscent of a winemaker’s home and the terrace has sweeping views of The Landing area and waterfront stage.

The Basket at Wine Bar George will offer European-style sandwiches, cheese, olives, hummus, charcuterie, cookies, and wines on tap—served to-go by the glass or carafe.
There will be more than 130 selection of wine available .
Walk-ins are always welcome, and reservations for Wine Bar George will be available May 25 for bookings starting on June 25, 2018.
This is one of four new restaurants expected to open in the next year at Disney Springs, including Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill, next to the Coca-Cola store at Disney Springs; Jaleo, a new Spanish restaurant by Chef José Andrés, across from Splitsville; and Terralina Crafted Italian, this restaurant is a revamped version of the Portobello Country Italian Trattoria next to the Paddlefish.
