Disney World announces summer ‘Disney After Hours’ dates for Magic Kingdom
Nighttime at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World can be spellbinding as the sun sets and the park lights go on revealing a different view of and energy.
Disney has created a special ticketed event to take advantage of this magic. “Disney After Hours” limited the number of guests so there is little wait time for the 25 plus attractions and experiences that will be open.
While the events last from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., guests can enter the park as early as 7 p.m. to see the fireworks. Disney has opened the event for 11 nights over the summer at $119 per ticket plus tax. The day-of price is $124 plus tax.
In addition to the rides being open, including the popular Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, there is free ice cream novelties and select bottled beverages.
