Registration for Disney World marathon and other races delayed

Registration for the 2019 Walt Disney World Marathon and Disney Princess Half Marathon is being delayed but the races will take place as scheduled, according to runDisney.

The Walt Disney World Marathon weekend is Jan. 9-13, 2019 and the Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend is Feb. 21-24, 2019.

According to runDisney, “We are working to create a more streamlined race registration experience for runDisney participants. As a result, registration for the 2018-19 Walt Disney World race event weekends will be temporarily delayed; however, all races are still scheduled for this season as planned.”

More information on the registration is expected to be available on June 1, 2018.
