More info released on Pixar Play Zone at Disney World

Reservations for the new kid’s night program at the Contemporary Resort at Disney World called Pixar Play Zone are now open, Disney announced.

Disney has also released artists concept drawings of the area.

The pilot program begins April 13 and is available for kids ages 4 to 12. This is a place which has programming from 6 to 10:30 p.m. and allows parents to head out for the night on their own as well.

The area is divided up into the following:

Bonnie’s Play Room, where there will be a variety of toys for children. children will find a variety of toys.

The Living Room, is where Space Ranger Training teaches kids what it takes to become a Jr. Space Ranger of Star Command, including how to identify enemies, like Zurg.

In addition to the rooms, Mr. Incredible and Mrs. Incredible will host the Incredible Dance Party. There will be arcade games, dinner and dessert.

Checking in will start at 5 p.m. And there will be a stop at the “Monsters, Inc.” handwashing station, then Boo’s Closet Door, where kids will be able to store any belongings.

The cost is $65 per child, plus tax. Children must be fully toilet-trained. Parents will be required to be physically present to check children in and out of the experience. Reservations can be made by calling 407-824-KIDS.
