Incredibles, Guardians of Galaxy coming to Magic Kingdom, Epcot this summer
The Incredibles will be taking over Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom and Guardians of the Galaxy will be holding a concert series at Epcot as part of Walt Disney World’s Incredible Summer celebration.
The new shows and character meet-and-greets are part of the summer celebration culminating with the opening of Toy Story Land on June 30, 2018.
The Incredibles
The Incredibles will take over the Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland from May 25 through Sept. 3, 2018 as part of an Incredible Tomorrowland Expo. There will be interactions with Mr. Incredible, Frozone and other superheroes from Disney•Pixar’s “The Incredibles” and upcoming “Incredibles 2.”
For the first time, Edna Mode, the eccentric fashion designer for superheroes, will be available to meet guests. Tomorrowland will also be decked out with Incredibles décor and sounds from the film. There will be a “SUPER” dance party on the Rocket Tower Stage.
The Guardians of the Galaxy
Epcot will host the Awesome Mix Live! Concert Series starting June 9, 2018. Star-Lord and Gamora from “Guardians of the Galaxy” will take guests on a musical journey featuring tunes from the two movie soundtracks. The group will take the stage five times daily, June 9 through Aug. 19.
