Disney World could be offering club-level hotel resort guests the ability to buy three additional FastPasses to use on a given day, according to Chip Skambis from WFTV.
The three extra FastPasses will cost $50 a day and can be used at any park and presumably on any ride. To get this option guests would need to be on a 3-day minimum stay. This would only be available to those staying as club-level resort guests, Skambis reports.
Disney has not confirmed this and something like this has been considered a rumor for a while.
This supposedly will be rolled out on Friday.
Supposedly, the extra FastPasses would be able to be purchased up to 90 days in advance. And, they would get additional FastPasses to see nighttime entertainment.
Club-level concierge stays are available at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Beach Club and Yacht Club, Boardwalk Inn, Contemporary, Coronado Springs, Grand Floridian, Polynesian Village and the Wilderness Lodge.
If this happens it is another way that Disney is offering extra perks for those who pay. This would also be the first time that Disney has charged for extra FastPasses
Disney World introduced the FastPass in 2014 and expanded it to FastPass+, which allows guest to reserve access to attraction before leaving home.
In addition, guests who have used their first three FastPass+ selections can now make additional FastPass+ selection by using the MyDisneyExperience mobile app or by going to a FastPass+ kiosk at the parks.
While Disney has never charged for any type of FastPass, Universal does offer an ExpressPass service for a charge for those not staying at Universal hotels.
