Disney World offering private premium nighttime safaris at Animal Kingdom

Disney World is adding a premium tour at the Animal Kingdom starting late in June – a special evening savanna tour complete with special food, beer and wine tasting.

The Savor the Savanna Evening Safari Experience begins June 26 at and offer a private tour of the Harambe Wildlife Reserve on your truck with a maximum of 12 people per truck. This includes a stop at exclusive viewing area, used during the day time by the Wild Africa Trek.

At the viewing area, African-inspired tapas will be served as well as beer and wine (for those over 21).

The cost is $169 per guest and participants must be at least 8 years old. So far there are four seatings a night, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.
