Disney taking reservations for Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot

Reservations are now available for a new party at Epcot: the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party, which comes with reserved seating for IllumiNations and a spin on the Frozen Ever After ride.

Starting July 17, guests will gather in the World Showcase Plaza East for Frozen-themed snacks, desserts and drinks, including a small selection of alcoholic beverages for adults. The party starts an hour before IllumiNations is scheduled, which is typically 9 p.m. After the fireworks, guests are escorted to the Norway pavilion for a ride on Frozen Ever After.

The event includes “reserved seating,” according to the Disney Parks Blog — “seating” being key for most of us at the end of a long day at Epcot.

Cost is $79 for guests ages 10 and above, $47 for ages 3 to 9, tax and gratuity included. Reservations are now open for dates beginning July 17 and can be made by visiting DisneyWorld.com/dine or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. The event is not scheduled nightly; it takes place irregularly, so check the schedule online.

Here’s the menu, according to the Disney Parks Blog:

Hot & Cold

  • Olaf’s Warm Double Chocolate S’mores Pudding Cake
  • Elsa’s Warm Cottage Pudding with Salted Caramel Glaze
  • Hand-dipped Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Small Bites

  • Wandering Oaken’s Eclairons
  • Hans’ Key Lime Tarts with Red Glitter Glaze
  • Living Rock Crispy Bonbons
