The location already boasts over 40 places to pick up food and it will be introducing a few more restaurants. Three are scheduled to open by Fall 2017 and the other two will open in 2018.
Two of the restaurants have been previously announced – Wine Bar George and The Edison. The Edison’s opening has continually been pushed back, but so far Disney has said it is still a go to open by the end of 2017.

Here is the complete list, according to Disney:
Levy Restaurants, the Chicago-based group, is introducing a new Italian concept with James Beard award winner and “Top Chef Master” Chef Tony Mantuano leading the development. The new restaurant will replace Levy’s Portobello Country Italian Trattoria and will feature dishes inspired by Mantuano’s adventures in Italy. This is scheduled to open in the Fall.
The Edison, an “Industrial Gothic” restaurant and bar is scheduled for late 2017. The Disney Springs location is inspired by its sister location in Los Angeles and is a collaboration of Patina Restaurant Group and Kinetescape’s Andrew Meieran, The Edison will be themed to a 1920s-era electric company with entertainers such as contortionists, aerialists and DJ.
Wine Bar George from Master Sommelier George Miliotes is scheduled to open in late 2017 and will include more than more than 100 selections of win by the bottle and glass. Shareable plates, cheese and charcuterie will complement the wine list,.
Jaleo, a concept by Chef José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup will open in 2018 on the West Side of Disney Springs. The tapas restaurant already has locations in Las Vegas, Washington, D.C. and Bethesda, Maryland. This will be the first location in Florida. (Having frequented this restaurant in Maryland, all we we can say is – YES!) The first floor of the multi-level restaurant will feature a “grab-n-go” storefront with Spanish-style sandwiches.
Wolfgang Puck’s newest concept will open in a new location in Town Center in 2018. . (Can you really have too many Wolfgang Puck concepts at Disney Springs?) The Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, will modernize the traditional “bar and grill” concept in a setting inspired by traditional farmhouses. The restaurant, designed by tonychi, will capture the essence of laid-back California dining made popular by Puck at Spago, his flagship restaurant in Los Angeles.
