Disney movie quote: Pinocchio on acting

What line did Natalie Portman take from “Pinocchio”?

I’t’s not word for word, but is quite similar. Pinocchio said it Feb. 7, 1954 with the debut of Disney’s second animated film “Pinocchio.” The line is, “I’d rather be smart than an actor.”

Portman, a Harvard graduate, said something similar. In 2003, she told The New York Post, “I don’t care if [college] ruins my career,” she said. “I’d rather be smart than a movie star.”

In the end, for Portman, it was Hi-Diddle-Dee Dee (An actor’s life for her).
