Les Parfaits Inconnus, a combination of circus art, comedy and music will be perform this summer, Disney has announced on its blog.
Les Parfaits Inconnus is from Quebec and was created by three street performers. According to the performer’s website, the troupe is is “inspired by street performance and burlesque, our band of acrobat musicians is inspired by the circus arts’ true clownish origins in order to show the audience a fun-filled time backed by great music.”
Ever since Off Kilter, a Celtic rock back which headlined the Canada Pavilion for 17 years, left in 2014, there has been a string of entertainment substitutes.
The Canadian Lumberjacks replaced Off Kilter for a year and then was discontinued in November 2015 and replaced for the holidays by The Canadian Holiday Voyageurs. TradNation came in for a little while, followed by Alberta Bound and now LesParfaits Inconnus.
