Disney Institute will hold special Customer Service Summit at Disney World
Disney will be sharing its customer service best practices at the Disney Institute’s Customer Experience Summit at Disney World this August.
The summit will take place Aug. 22 to 25, 2006 at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and offer a first-hand look at Disney’s business insights and best practices in leadership, service and employee engagement.
The key speakers will be:
- George A. Kalogridis, president, Walt Disney World Resort
- Karl Holz, president, New Vacation Operations and Disney Cruise Line
- Paul Richardson, senior vice president, human resources, ESPN and chief diversity officer, The Walt Disney Company
