2016 Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend at Disneyland gets a makeover

The 2016 Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend at disneyland in November will have some changes made to its this year, according to runDisney.

The races will be re-themeed to coincide with celebrations and upcoming Marvel movies.

The Captain America 5K look will be inspired by vintage Captain America artwork in honor of the 75th anniversary of Captain America’s first appearance.

The 10K race will be called the Doctor Strange 10K in honor of the new movie “Doctor Strange” being released.

The half marathon will remain the Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon.

Registration for the event take place starting at at noon ET on April 12, 2016.
