Photos of the Grand Floridian giant gingerbread house at Disney World
The various gingerbread displays are popping up around Disney World this holiday season.
Each resort tries to out do the other, but the perennial winner is the one at The Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

While many other make gingerbread displays, this one is a functioning store. Yes, the Boardwalk features the Ginger’s Bread & Cookie Shoppe is also a functioning store, but we’re talking about a much larger display.
Here is a look at how the display was created:
- 1,050: Pounds of honey used
- 800: Pounds of flour used
- 700: Pounds of chocolate used
- 600: Pounds of powdered sugar used
- 149: Pints of egg whites used
