Animated window display at Disney World features ‘Mickey’s Christmas Carol’

The animated Christmas window displays at The Emporium in The Magic Kingdom at The Disney World features the tale of “Mickey’s Christmas Carol.”

The windows feature Scrooge McDuck, with Jiminy Cricket as the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Giant from Jack and the Beanstalk as the Ghost of Christmas Present and Pete as the Ghost of Christmas Yet To Come.

If you get to the park this holiday season start off on the left side of the entrance of the store to pick up the story in the six window display.

Each display is slightly animated.

Here is is the rundown of the windows and video takes you on the tour.

Window 1: At the beginning, Donald Duck as nephew Fred wishes Bob Cratchit, played by Mickey Mouse, and Scrooge McDuck a Merry Christmas.

Window 2: Marley’s Ghost, played by Goofy, visits Scrooge McDuck.

Window 3: Scrooge McDuck is brought back in time with the Ghost of Christmas Past and sees himself with the lovely Isabel.

Window 4: Scrooge McDuck has a visit from the Ghost of Christmas Present.

Window 5: The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come dangles a scared Scrooge McDuck over a his own grave.

Window 6: Scrooge McDuck comes to the home of Bob Cratchit with gifts for all.
