Take My Money Mickey: New Dooney & Bourke Shoppers

It seems like every new design from Dooney & Bourke is cuter than the last, which is only problematic because a girl’s closet — and wallet — can only accommodate so many cute bags. (That’s why your fearless shopping correspondent is forever holding out for the next one…)

The latest design is a tableau of Disneyland or Disney World, with Mickey and Minnie sitting front and center on Main Street USA. In my mind they’re going to have an iced coffee before taking on the World (or the ‘land).

Dooney’s leather shopper bag, which sells for $268, measures 11 inches high, 17 inches wide and 7 inches deep. The straps drop 11 inches. The interior of the bag and the highlights on its leather straps are a lovely deep sky blue to complement the castle in each scene.
