Pixar releases first full-length ‘Good Dinosaur’ trailer
Still drying your eyes from “Inside Out”? Don’t put away your hanky quite yet, because here comes “The Good Dinosaur.”
Pixar’s second original film of 2015 is set to hit theaters at Thanksgiving, and we’re finally getting our first in-depth look at a world in which dinosaurs never went extinct — and it is spectacular. “The Good Dinosaur” sets its huggable cartoon leads — Arlo the Apatosaurs and his young human, Spot — in a photo-realistic world that will take your breath away.
Disney describes the plot:
This film takes place in an uncanny universe where the asteroid that killed off the dinosaurs missed the earth entirely, so now dinosaurs and humans are evolving side-by-side. These unlikely outcasts wind up forming a very deep bond that transcends the divide between human and dinosaur, while encountering a number of colorful characters (including Sam Elliott as a good ole Tyrannosaurus named Butch) and deadly situations.
