More lawsuits filed against Disney, claiming they are discriminating against disabled people

Nearly 60 families have sued the Disney Parks alleging its new Disability Access Service violates law protecting disabled people from discrimination.

This past week, 14 families of people with autism filed suit in California state court, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Disney’s policy, which went into effect in 2013, no longer allows autistic children to go straight to the front of the line, instead it gives them a return time. Lawyers for families says this is discriminatory.
