‘Avengers” Age of Ultron’ continues to dominate box office, now 38th on list of top worldwide grosses

“Avengers: Age of Ultron” continued to dominate the global movie market in its second week in of the U.S. release with a $77.2 million take.

“Disney/Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ continues to dominate the global movie marketplace, holding as the #1 film in many markets boasting another impressive $68 million weekend internationally in advance of the China opening this Tuesday and a massive global total to date of $875.3 million,” said  Paul Dergarabedian, Senior Media Analyst for Rentrak, which measures the box office take.

The $875.3 million take puts the movie 38th on list of top worldwide grosses. The first Avengers movie finished third on the all time list, making $1.518 billion.
