Space Mountain makes a cameo in the new Disney’s ‘Tomorrowland’ trailer
You can’t have Tomorrowland without Space Mountain.
Not only is that true of the Disney Parks, but also the upcoming Disney movie “Tomorrowland.” In the new trailer released the iconic building gets a cameo.
The movie, starring George Clooney and directed by “The Incredibles” director Brad Bird, starts off with Casey Newton (Britt Robertson) finding a Tomorrowland pin planted in her personal affects. The pin takes her to another place, it seems, when she touches the pin.
In trying to figure out the pin, she finds Frank Walker (Clooney), who has figured out the future has about 63 more days to survive. It appears that Casey Newton is the chosen one to save the future. Yes, another chosen one movie.
When Newton is walking through the future you can make out Space Mountain in the background (take a look above). Now, could that be the PeopleMover on the right side, as well? Is there anything else you spot in the trailer below?
