The Complete List of Disney World Closures for Spring Break Travelers
If you’re heading to Disney World for Spring Break 2026 will find that the “Most Magical Place on Earth” currently looks a lot like the “Most Under-Construction Place on Earth.” As the resort enters its most ambitious expansion in decades, guests are greeted by a landscape dominated by green construction walls and a lengthy list of shuttered attractions.
To make room for the massive new lands and high-tech experiences promised for the late 2020s, several fan-favorites have been temporarily—or permanently—taken off the board.
For those who haven’t visited in a few years, the change is stark. EPCOT is currently the only park where the primary construction walls have come down. In the other three parks, however, entire sections are currently “behind the curtain.”
Park-by-Park Navigation Guide: Spring 2026

- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin: Closed for a major technical overhaul; expected to reopen this spring (no date announced).
