Innoventions West to close down for refurbishment by early May

Innoventions West in Epcot will be closing early May for a makeover, Walt Disney World told the Orlando Sentinel.

Think, The Great Piggy Bank Adventure and Where’s the Fire will be close down, Disney has not yet announced what will go into that space.

Innoventions opened in September 1994 and over the years two dozen attractions have moved in and out of the West Side.

The current lineup on the East Side will remain, including: VISION House, StormStruck, The Sum Of All Thrills, Take a Nanooze Break and Habit Heroes.
