Disney World building new ‘Frozen’ meet and greet building in Epcot

Disney World is planning to build a new “Frozen” meet and greet area at Epcot.

According to plans filed with the South Florida Water Management District, Disney is looking to build a 13,000 square foot building to house the attraction and a women’s restroom between the Norway and Mexico pavilions.

In addition, the existing restrooms in the Norway attraction building will also be modified.

The area being worked is on 1.08 acres.

 Disney last year closed down Maelstrom at the Norway Pavilion to make way for a revamped “Frozen” ride, expected to open in 2016.
