
Disneyland kicks off the Christmas season on Nov. 13

Olaf in the “World of Color – Winter Dreams,” the holiday
version of the popular World of Color at California Adventure.

Disneyland and California Adventure kicks off the Christmas season on Nov. 13, 2014 and lasts through Jan. 6, 2015, ending with Three Kings Day.
The two parks are transformed with Christmas trees and wreaths. “Disney ¡Viva Navidad!” at Paradise Gardens in California Adventure is a daily celebration inspired by the spirit of Latino culture and holiday traditions, “Disney ¡Viva Navidad!” will conclude with a five-day celebration of the traditional Three Kings Day, Sunday through Tuesday, Jan. 4 through 6, 2015.
At Disneyland, “A Christmas Fantasy” parade will be presented daily Nov. 13 through Dec. 24 with Disney characters and a special appearance by Santa Claus. Santa will be also be greeting guests at Big Thunder Ranch.
“it’s a small world” is transformed into “it’s a small world” Holiday and the Haunted Mansion remains the Haunted Mansion Holiday. At night, the lights of Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle and the “Believe…in Holiday Magic” fireworks show are followed by a holiday snowfall on Main Street, U.S.A., New Orleans Square and “it’s a small world” mall.
Over in California Adventure, guests may find Santa at Elias & Co. store on on Buena Vista Street.
“World of Color − Winter Dreams” hosted by Olaf the snowman from “Frozen” is the holiday version of the “World of Color” featuring classic winter scenes from Disney films as “Bambi,” “Fantasia” and “Toy Story.”
In the Downtown Disney District, guests may take a break from their holiday shopping and dining to go skating on “Olaf’s Frozen Ice Rink,” part of the seasonal Downtown Disney Winter Village.
