Haunted Mansion anniversary merchandise and sale
Saturday is the 45th anniversary of the opening of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland, and Disney is celebrating in classic style: with merchandise.
The Hitchhiking Ghosts, Madame Leota and more of the happy haunts are memorialized on limited edition t-shirts available for order now through Sunday, Aug. 17.
Prices range from $19.95 for a child’s t-shirt to $34.95 for a Disneyland anniversary t-shirt picturing the attraction’s Southern Gothic facade. Two of the designs are shown at right; three others also are available.
Allowing for six to eight weeks for delivery, they should still arrive in time for Halloween.
Disney also is running a sale on Haunted Mansion merchandise: get 15% off if you buy two items, 20% off three, and 25% off four or more items. The discount is good on any items in the Haunted Mansion Shop online.
For those visiting Disneyland through Oct. 31, you may be able to get your hands on one of four “super limited” limited-edition prints:
These prints on canvas are available with purchase at Disneyland’s quick-service restaurants: Minnie Mouse at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante; Mickey Mouse and pals at River Belle Terrace; Daisy Duck at Plaza Inn and Goofy at French Market Restaurant. The cost is $50 for each print with a $30 purchase (before tax).
