Lucasfilm releases six Star Wars Rebels patriotic posts
Lucasfilm has released a set of six “patriotic art” posters in anticipation of Star Wars Rebels, which is scheduled to premiere in the the fall of 2014.
The cards, reminiscent of old Nazi and Russian propaganda posters urge “galactic citizens to accept and even join the Empire, reflect the political landscape of the upcoming animated series,” according to the StarWars.com
The new series takes place between the Episode III and IV when the Empire is hunting down Jedi Knights as a rebellion begins.
The show will have a one-hour premiere on the Disney Channel with the series on Disney XD.
