The first look at the mobile dome housing The Marvel Experience has been unveiled.
The tour, which will debut this year, consists of an 80,000-square-foot dome filled with interactive games and original animated short films. There is also a special traveling motion-based ride, where guests become immersed in an adventure designed specifically for the tour, according to a press release from Hero Ventures, which is producing the show.
The dome resemblers a S.H.I.E.L.D. mobile command center.
“The interior will feature an exaggerated comic-style utilizing projected high-tech imagery, amazing fabricated set pieces and virtual simulations to advance the story. Our guests will be interacting directly with multiple Marvel Super Heroes, as well as members of S.H.I.E.L.D., as they take their place in the Marvel Universe,” Doug Schaer, COO of Hero Ventures, said in the release.
“We are excited to collaborate with Hero Ventures to bring our millions of Marvel fans an exciting new way to interact with and experience their favorite characters, in a never-before-seen environment,” said Marvel’s Sean Haran, Vice President of Business Development.
No dates for a tour have yet been set, nor any indication of what the cost will be.
