Disney’s Contemporary Resort rooms will begin refurbishment in April

Disney will start “reimagining” guest rooms at Disney’s Contemporary Resort this April, according to the Disney website.

While some Main Tower rooms will be unavailable during the refurbishment, most resort areas and amenities will be available.

Now, while Disney has not announced how the rooms will be re-imagined there has been a lot of speculation that the rooms will be “Incredibles” themed. In 2019, Disney re-themed two rooms as a test. And as of now, permits have been filed for the work.

There is no indication how long this will take or any timetable. Since Disney has made the announcement of the “reimagining” of the guest rooms we can only anticipate that some official announcement on what the “reimagining” will be, will soon be announced.
