Disney historical photo: A young Walt Disney in France in front of Red Cross ambulance he drove

Walt Disney dropped out of high school when he was 16 to join the U.S. Army to fight in World War 1, but because he was underage the army rejected him. After trying to find a way to help any way he could, he and a friend joined the Red Cross. After joining he was sent to France for a year to drive an ambulance, but it was after the war was over.
