Disney World ride closures and refurbishments for November and December 2013

Aug 5. – Dec. 20:  The End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort will be closed for refurbishment . During this time, made-to-order food will not be available. Grab-and-go food items (cold sandwiches, cereal, etc.) will be available in a temporary location — the Game Point Arcade. (Arcade games will not be available during this refurbishment.)

Sept. 3 – Nov. 19: Honey, I Shrunk the Kids playground closed for refurbishment.


Sept. 30 – Nov. 13: Peter Pan’s Flight closed for refurbishment.

Sept. 30 – Oct.  20: Walt Disney World Railroad closed for refurbishment.

Oct. 27 – Jan. 4, 2014: Typhoon Lagoon closed.

Nov. 3- Nov. 6: Cirque du Soleil will be closed.

Nov. 5:  Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Nov. 18-Nov. 21: The Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show at Hollywood Studios will be closed for refurbishment.

Dec. 2 – Dec. 13: Kali River Rapids closed.

Dec. 2-Dec. 12: it’s a small world is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment.

Dec. 22-March 15, 2014: Blizzard Beach closed.

Jan. 5-March 1, 2014: Studio Backlot Tour

Jan. 6 – 12, 2014: Tomorrowland Speedway closed.

Jan. 6- Feb. 2, 2014: Agrabah Bazaar closed.

Jan. 6 – Feb. 15, 2014: Casey’s Corner closed.

Jan. 6 – March 21, 2014: Splash Mountain closed.
