The next stop on our 2013 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival Photo Topiary Tour is the classic characters outside the Festival Center.

While these characters – Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto – can also be seen at the entrance area of the park (those topes still to come on the tour), these are more of the classic characters that are usually placed throughout the parks in Disney World.
