Matterhorn Bobsleds and Peter Pan’s Flight at Disneyland getting special upgrades

Two popular Disneyland rides in the middle of refurbishment are getting some cool upgrades.

Disney has announced the Matterhorn Bobsleds is getting new effects so riders will be able to look at the Abominable Snowman in a new way.

In addition, Peter Pan’s Flight will feature a new nurse scene and and new special effects.

Both rides are scheduled to reopen in May, in time for the start of the Disneyland 60th Celebration on May 22, 2015.
