Hidden Mickeys started out as an inside joke among the Walt Disney Imagineers. The imagineers started concealing them in the designs of attractions.
The three circles which make the silhouette of the head and ears of Mickey Mouse is now everywhere and there are numerous books and websites devoted to them. The best site out there (in our humble opinion) is still Steven M. Barrett’s
Hidden Mickey’s Guide.
Here is a sampling that we took on a recent visit.
