Disney debuts new magazine geared to student performers
Everyone dreams of being a star. Now Disney has created a magazine geared toward students in the performing arts to help them reach that dream.
Disney Extra Credit Magazine focuses on Disney’s entertainment and gives behind the scene looks at all types of performers, according to the premiere issue.
The first issue has interviews with Broadway stars from “The Lion King” and “Newsies” and shows you what life is like as a performer on a Disney Cruise Liner. There are also talks with people who got their start in the business through Disney, such as jazz artist Sean O’Bryan Smith.
