Final phase of Disney’s Art of Animation resort opens Sept. 15

The last phase of Disney’s new Art of Animation Resort will open Sept. 15.

The Little Mermaid wing will feature 864 standard hotel rooms that can sleep up to four guests. The area is inspired from the undersea kingdom of the movie “The Little Mermaid” including the characters of Ursula, King Triton and Sebastian.

The Flippin’ Fins pool, one of three pools at the resort. This is the last section of the resort, joining the Finding Nemo, Cars and Lion King sections.

Rates start at $94 for The Little Mermaid rooms.
