Smile of The Day: Tiger at Animal Kingdom
The Maharaja Jungle Trek in the Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World gives people a great opportunity to tiger watch. There are four different observation areas and each provides a unique perspective.
The tiger is the third-largest land carnivore behind the polar bear and the brown bear. It is even bigger than its closest relative, the lion.
The white and black stripes on tigers create unique patterns and help camouflage them in the long grasses where they would hunt. The patterns are distinct. Each tiger in the world has its own stripe pattern.
